Just beautifully done. The place was our aesthetic with all the perfect finishing touches. It’s perfectly situated in downtown and close to Dobbins Conservatory. Wish we had discovered this four years ago, and our daughter had started to attend SEMO, we would’ve stayed here every time.

Wish I would have known earlier. We have been coming to see our daughter in Cape for the last 4 years. I wish we had discovered this place sooner. We would have stayed there every single time.  Perfect size for 2 people. Quiet. Well-maintained. In beautiful downtown area.  Just perfect.

This place has been perfect!! Everything you need is furnished. Close to everything and I can see the Mississippi River down the hill. Beautiful sight every morning. Comfortable place with plenty of room. Kitchen is great and well set up with everything needed. 2 TVs, nice bed. You cannot do better. Owners are very nice as well, makes for a stress free relationship. Search all you want, I did but there is nothing better.

This beautiful apartment is like no others I viewed in Cape Girardeau. It was spotless and so close to the Downtown area and River campus. Fantastic view of the Mighty Mississippi and bridge. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month short term lease while living in Cape. I will be making this my home whenever I return to the Cape area. Great place, great landlord! I highly recommend.

I moved here for a job I got in town and River Oaks is exactly a ten minute walk from my office. Everything in the furnished apartment is beautiful and in excellent working condition. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an incredible living space. I love the rustic brick and fireplace with the bright and open interior. The management at River Oaks is very nice and always willing to help if you have any questions. 10/10 would recommend!

The apartment is simply amazing and the location is great! It is walking distance from downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars to go. The apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities/appliances ready to use from day 1. Moreover, Dawn – the landlord, is such a lovely lady. She is so welcoming and always willing to help. I got immediate response for any fix that the apartment needed. Definitely, this place is 1000% recommendable!

What a truly and amazing space! Every thought went into the design, and furnishing of this cozy downtown roomy apartment. This was a classy and warm getaway for me when I wasn’t working. All of my needs and concerns during my stay, were dealt with in a timely manner. What more can I say about a place that’s truly a home away from home!

I stayed here twice for 3 months each time and it has everything. It is close to major employers and schools, and it is close to downtown for shopping and dining. There is ample work space, sitting areas, and kitchen/dining space, as well as nice appliances and everything you need for cooking. It’s in a quiet area with nice views of the river and a 5 minute walk downtown.

River Oaks is our go-to for our corporate clients relocating to Cape Girardeau! The units are well kept, clean, and spacious. Dawn is a wonderful property manager!

Really enjoyed my apartment. Nicely appointed, fantastic location. Had 1 minor issue and it was resolved same day. Great choice for the Cape area
